Overview

AIUtilityVerse is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use this site, how it is used, and what choices you have. If you have questions, you can contact us via the Contact page.

Calculator inputs

All calculator inputs — including token counts, request volumes, workload estimates, cost figures, and business metrics — are processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to our servers, stored in a database, or included in analytics events. When you close or refresh the page, your inputs are gone.

Contact form data

If you submit the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, subject, and message) is transmitted to our server and used solely to respond to your enquiry. This data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Messages are retained for a reasonable period to manage correspondence and are deleted when no longer needed.

Analytics and tracking

We use the following services to understand how the site is used:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, tools used, and general session information. No calculator input values are included in analytics events. GA4 data is subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) — manages the deployment of analytics and consent tags. GTM itself does not collect data independently; it orchestrates the other scripts listed here.
• Microsoft Clarity — provides session recording and heatmap data to help us understand usability. Clarity is configured to avoid capturing sensitive input fields. Data is subject to Microsoft's privacy policy.

Cookies and consent

This site uses CookieYes to manage cookie consent in compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar regulations. When you first visit the site, CookieYes presents a consent banner. Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated after you have given explicit consent where required by law.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before you withdrew it.

This site supports Google Consent Mode v2. Consent signals for analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are managed by CookieYes and default to denied before consent is given where required.

Advertising

Data retention

Analytics data collected via GA4 is retained according to the retention settings configured in our Google Analytics property (default: 14 months). Contact form messages are retained as needed to manage correspondence and deleted when no longer required. Calculator inputs are never stored and therefore have no retention period.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and the right to restrict or object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a privacy question, please contact us via the Contact page.
